Would I recommend this short course? Short answer – Yes! No questions asked! If you are new to auditing, or like me have not been able, or had the opportunity, to follow up on continuing some of your previous auditing skill sets, this is a great (re)introduction. Because, as we all know, auditing courses and learning how to audit also includes layering of skill sets that are then focused on the auditing process itself and how to target this focus to be a source of positive business improvement. And like any skill set it only works and improves with regular use and this is great opportunity to pivot to reset. So, would I recommend this short course? Short answer – Yes!

Certificates

This course includes three levels of qualification you can achieve

  • Certificate of Completion

    Upon successful completion of the course, you will be provided with an Internationally Certified Certificate of Completion for this course, displaying the ICExperts Academy and Exemplar Global recognition logos.

  • Certificate of Competency

    This is optional, so if you'd like to be verified as competent, you'll need to conduct an Internal Audit of a Management System, and book a time with our Course Facilitator for review and verification of your competency as a Management Systems Internal Auditor.

  • Professional Certification

    This is also optional, if you'd like to be recognised as a Certified Professional with Exemplar Global. Upon course completion, you can apply for this certificate, which is valid for 12 months. Additional fees apply.

Educational Approach

This precise training course is based on both theory and best practices used in Internal Audits of Management Systems. Below is some important information about our Educational Approach and Training Delivery:

  • Content Delivery: Our content is provided to you via easily digestible videos with a real facilitator presenting it to you, and you can do it at your own pace.
    Templates and practical examples are provided.

  • Course Duration: The course is self-paced, meaning you can do it in your own time. We recommend allowing one (1) day - approximately 6 to 8 hours - to complete the course content. You will have access to the course for 12 months from your purchase date.

  • Evaluation Process: Our evaluation process is conducted via three quizzes, one per chapter, and a 70% passing grade is required for each quiz in order to move to the next lesson and to achieve your Certificate of Completion.

  • Certificates: There are three Certificates you can achieve with this course, two of which are included in your course price.

  • Optional: If you decide to apply for the Competency Assessment, that will require additional time to complete your Internal Audit and to attend the one-hour Competency Assessment online meeting.
